What are you still curious about, even after all these years?

I’m still curious about people, life, and how things work.

After everything I’ve experienced, I still want to understand why people do what they do, why the world works the way it does, and what might be around the next corner.

I could have reached a point where I’ve seen enough, experienced enough, and simply stopped asking questions.

Instead, I’m still looking around and wondering why.

Why do people behave the way they do?

Why do some things work while others don’t?

Why can two people experience the same situation and see completely different realities?

Why does life sometimes make absolutely no damn sense?

And perhaps the biggest question:

What the hell is around the next corner?

I think that last question is important.

Curiosity about the future means I’m still leaving room for something I haven’t experienced yet. I don’t have to know what it is. I just have to remain interested enough to look.

After everything I’ve been through, that’s something worth protecting.

My curiosity is still there.

I’m still asking questions.

I’m still trying to understand people.

I’m still trying to understand life.

I’m still trying to understand how things work.

And I’m still looking around the next corner to see what’s waiting for me.

Life changed me, but it didn’t make me stop wondering.

Maybe that’s one of the things I refuse to let life take away.
