
This morning my left hamstring is feeling a lot better. That’s a welcome change after dealing with the stiffness and discomfort lately. My plan is to apply some heat and see how it responds before deciding on a workout.
If things continue to feel loose and comfortable after the heat treatment, I may try to get in some exercise today. I’ll take it one step at a time, pay attention to what my body is telling me, and avoid pushing through any pain.
After the last few days, even a small improvement feels like progress. Here’s hoping the heat, movement, and a little determination help keep things headed in the right direction.
