About Me

I write and create from the cheap seats—not as an expert looking down, but as someone still very much in it. This space exists to document resilience without pretending it’s pretty, to reflect on risk and recovery, and to honor the idea that living fully doesn’t require perfection—just persistence.

Adjustments Matter

I told my physical therapist yesterday that her workouts had crippled me pretty severely for six days. No drama—just facts.

She felt bad and adjusted immediately, mixing up a new routine on the spot. That mattered.

Today, I’m still sore from yesterday’s therapy, but not bad. There’s a difference. This feels like work, not damage.

Progress isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about saying something early, being heard, and letting the plan evolve.

Gravity still sucks.
